Join Lana Sugarman for a spring renewal retreat which will nourish mind, body and spirit. Enjoy meditation, a morning active yoga practice (Jivamukti Flow), as well as an afternoon yin yoga practice. Saturday evening, Lana will share her passion and gift for kirtan. Guests will have the opportunity to participate in chanting devotional mantras or simply be present to receive. Much like asana practice gets us out of our heads and into the body, kirtan gets us into our voices, and into the body with the vibrations we create. It’s a beautiful thing to let go of feeling self-conscious when singing with others and allow your voice to blend with the group.
