Autumn Yoga Retreat for Women – Body, Mind, Spirit…Aligned with Anne Stubbs

THIS RETREAT IS NOW FULL. In our busy lives, it is not uncommon to feel off balance or fragmented. How do you come back to your “centre”? How do you return to wholeness? Join Yoga and Meditation teacher, Anne Stubbs, for her fourth retreat at Shanti, where she will guide you in a “holistic re-alignment” of body, mind, heart, and spirit. Drawing from the wisdom of yoga, Ayurveda, mantra, meditative and contemplative practices, nature activities, and sharing of feminine energy, we will discover how to return to a more harmonious balanced state and learn ways to sustain it. Periods of silence will be woven throughout the weekend to enhance our self-study. Our 3-night/4-day weekend at Shanti Retreat includes morning meditations, daily yoga classes, evening programs, group and solitary activities, free time, all meals, and shared accommodations. Each guest is entitled to one complimentary use of the infra-red sauna.
