Mid-Week Fall Retreat with Nicky Poole: The Elements in Vinyasa

Drawing on the complementary teachings of Ayurveda and the creative vinyasa movements of Prana Flow Yoga (created by Shiva Rea) we will enjoy embodying the elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space this weekend. Each of the five practices, will show us how we are simply a reflection of the natural cycles and elements around us. Explore Earthy restorative practices, Fluid and Vibrant solar vinyasa practices, and moments of spaciousness with breath work and meditation. There will be ample free time to enjoy long walks in the peak beauty of fall foliage, sauna, nourishing food, community and creative expression. This weekend will count towards 15 hours of the 200 Hour 889 Yoga Living Yoga Program and can be enjoyed as a stand alone weekend of movement, experimentation and self reflection. Nicky Poole is a highly sought after teacher trainer, with well over a decade of teaching experience and study around the world. Registered as an E-RYT500 with the yoga alliance, she anchors the asana and teaching practice portion of Toronto’s 889 Yoga Living Yoga Program.
