Yin Yoga Rejuvenate Retreat with Angela Jervis Read

Why not make some time in your life to spend a weekend taking care of yourself – your family, friends, co-workers and you, will notice a significant shift in attitude and energy after a weekend at Shanti. The practice of yin yoga, characterized by it’s long relaxed holds, is the best way to replenish our energy storehouse when we feel overworked. The practice itself is relaxing and peaceful while the outcome is a body that is bursting with energy and a mind that is clear and bright. Over the weekend we will manipulate the flow of energy through asana, meditation, pranayama and intention.
