Personal renewal, quietening of the mind, and a connection with your own inner being are all benefits of guided yoga classes. Create your own yoga sanctuary.

Regularly scheduled Shanti yoga retreats offer guests 4 yoga classes and yoga theory, afternoon meditations, 4 sumptuous vegetarian meals, silent walks and evening satsang. You'll also have plenty of free time to nurture yourself with a book from our collection, take a walk in nature, or simply do your own thing. Pause and be here now.

Shanti is a non-alcoholic environment.

All scheduled activities are optional.

Arrival time is any time after 2pm on Friday. Departure time is Sunday afternoon.

What to bring? Your own yoga mat if you prefer, water bottle, indoor shoes, bathing suit and water shoes if you plan to go for a swim, and your own pillow if you can't sleep without it.

 

 

Group Rentals

Shanti is also available for groups who wish to organize their own mid-week, weekend or weeklong retreat. It's a great space to conduct your next workshop or spiritual gathering. Please contact us for more information and availability.

*karma yoga (the path of selfless service) - In the spirit of the co-operative yoga retreats being offered here at Shanti we ask that guests assist with after meal clean-up. Working as a group this only takes a few minutes and it's fun...

Friday:
5:00pm - yoga class
6:30pm - evening meal *karma yoga
8:15pm - satsang

Saturday:
7:30am - silent morning walk
8:30am - yoga class
10:45am - brunch *karma yoga
....leisure time!
3:45pm - meditation
4:30pm - yoga class
6:30pm - evening meal *karma yoga
8:15pm - satsang

Sunday:
8:00am - silent morning walk
9:00am - yoga class
11:00am - brunch *karma yoga
