To make a reservation for a Shanti Yoga Retreat Weekend please contact us by email or telephone. Full payment is requested within two weeks of booking to confirm your space.

Interac E-mail Money Transfer
To send an email money transfer, log on to online banking and click on make a transfer. Under the heading “Interac email money”, click on send money. To send your payment the only information that you require is our email address (email@example.com) If it’s your first time sending an email money transfer it will take a few minutes to register. Lastly, it’s important you create a security question we can easily answer in order to deposit your transfer.

Retreat Cancellation Policy
Up to one month prior to your arrival date, a fee of $25.00 per person is retained, and the balance is held as a credit for one year.
Within 14 – 30 days of your arrival date, a fee of $50.00 per person is retained, and the balance is held as a credit for one year.
Within 7- 14 days of your arrival date, a fee of $100.00 per person is retained, and the balance is held as a credit for one year.
Within 7 days – 48 hours, a 50% fee of your total payment is retained, and the balance is held as a credit for one year.
No refunds or credits are given if you cancel within 48 hours of a retreat.
In the event that Shanti cancels a retreat due to insufficient registration or unforeseeable events your fee will be refunded in full.
Credits are transferable to another person with your written permission
7 or more days prior to your arrival date, your payment is refundable minus a $25.00 per person administration fee. Within 7 days to 24 hours of your arrival date, a $50.00 per person administration fee is retained. If your cancellation is received less than 24 hours before your arrival date, the rate for one day/night will be charged.
There is a $10 service charge for mailing forgotten items (in addition to mailing charges). Alternatively, you can arrange to pick up your items at anytime during our regular season (end of November). Any items that are unclaimed by the end of the season will be donated to a local charity.
